Details Itinerary
During our excursion, we will pass through tropical nature and explore dirt roads, discovering the Dominican population that lives off agriculture.
Here we take a tour through the typical plantations of the region, such as coffee, cocoa, bananas, etc. Then, we give a briefing on how coffee, chocolate, cigars, and jicara gourds are made.
1 hour to enjoy the beach.
Approximately 30 minutes to refresh in the cold water of the stream, which remains at a temperature below 25 degrees Celsius.
Classified by TripAdvisor as one of the top 10 restaurants in the Dominican Republic, where we have the best panoramic view (360°) of the Samaná Peninsula. With the help of binoculars, you can also spot humpback whales during their mating season. Lunch is at 13:45.
From Monte Azul, we then take a 20-minute drive to Playa La Playita, the most popular beach in Las Galeras. We depart from here at 15:30.
Return to the pickup location by taxi.
